Today, on the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we are taking time to honor all children who went to residential schools - those who survived, and those who never came home.

Our School Community Council will meet for its Annual General Meeting and first meeting of the year on Wednesday, September 29th at 7:00 p.m.

This meeting is open to all of our parents/guardians and community members. It is an opportunity to have a voice in the school and to hear more about what is taking place in our learning community.

McDermid is having a Spirit Wear Sale. The order window is from Sept. 17^th to Oct. 22^nd.

A COVID vaccination clinic will be held at McDermid School on Wednesday, September 22nd from 9:30 a.m. - 12:00 noon. This clinic is for all students born in 2009 or earlier. Forms have been sent home for eligible students. Please note this is for students only: the clinic is not open to the general public.
